Your license
Rhythm Writer is the full app for free, for up to three songs. A license removes the limit. It costs $29 a year and works on up to three devices.

The bottom of the song list shows where you stand, for example free: 2 of 3 songs.
Buy a license
- Click unlock at the bottom of the song list, then Buy a license. Or use the button on the pricing section.
- Check out with a card or PayPal. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which also handles sales tax.
- Your license key arrives on the receipt page and by email.
Activate it
- Click unlock at the bottom of the song list.
- Paste the key into Already have a key? and press Activate.
The hint changes to licensed. You need a connection to activate. After that the app re-checks the key about once a week and keeps working offline in between.
More than one device
Activate the same key on each device, up to three. Each browser counts as one, so Safari and Chrome on the same phone are two. To move the license to a new device when all three are used:
- On a device you no longer need it on, click manage next to "licensed".
- Press Deactivate on this device. That frees one activation.
- Activate the key on the new device.
Lost the old device? Email info@rhythmwriter.app and we'll reset your activations.
Renewal and cancelling
The license renews once a year. To cancel, update your card, or download receipts, use the link in your receipt email or sign in at Lemon Squeezy's order page with the email you bought with. If you cancel, the license works until the end of the year you paid for.
If a license ends
Nothing is deleted. Every song stays on your device and you can still open, edit, play, print and export all of them. You just can't add more than three songs until you renew.
Refunds
If Rhythm Writer isn't for you, email info@rhythmwriter.app within 10 days of buying for a full refund.
Lost your key
Search your email for the Rhythm Writer receipt, or sign in at Lemon Squeezy's order page with the email you bought with. Your key is on the order.
